Teachers Teaching with Technology (T 3 )
Regional Conference
A conference for grades 3-13 mathematics educators using computer software, calculators,
graphing calculators and other handheld technology.
• Gain hands-on experience with the latest TI technology for mathematics instruction.
• Attend sessions on elementary or middle school mathematics, algebra, geometry, precalculus, calculus, and statistics.
• Learn how to enhance lessons with the TI-Nspire, TI-Navigator, TI SmartView, TI InterActive!, SMART Board, calculator Apps, or these TI calculators: TI-73, TI-83/84, TI-89, Voyage 200.
• Visit the exhibits.
• Choose a one-day institute on Algebra I, Elementary Mathematics (Grades 3-5) or TI-Nspire Algebra. Institutes run concurrently with the conference at no extra charge. Institute descriptions are posted on the conference Web site, http:// www.dctm.k12.de.us/t3.html.
When : October 10 – 11, 2008 On Friday, October 10 th , sessions will run from 9:00 am to 5:15 pm , followed by a banquet and speaker. Saturday's sessions will run from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm . Drop-in rooms will be available following the dinner program on Friday night and again on Saturday morning prior to the first session.
Cost: $130 for full conference registration with meals
$85 for single day registration with meals

Contact the hotel directly for reservations. Rooms are $90 (plus taxes) per night for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Request the “ Teachers Teaching with Technology Conference ” to receive the special rate.

The T 3 Wilmington Regional Conference will offer three one-day institutes. Registration is limited to the first thirty registrants for each institute. There is no additional fee for these institutes but pre-registration is required.
